The Software Engineering Division has considerable in-house expertise in the areas of software standards, development methodologies, and military software development. Its subject area knowledge, various industry interests and software development experience provides ATI with the capability to undertake a range of development opportunities within TDL, Avionics and Real Time environments.
Experienced in a wide variety of programming languages and methodologies, the Division employs a robust development life cycle process that is accredited to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems - Requirements. All software projects follow this development process in order to provide the level of control necessary for the realisation of the product.
Operating in this environment, ATI seeks to design and develop software through the use of a transparent and purposeful process that is sensitive to the customer requirements and 'anxiety' level and instils confidence throughout that a successful outcome will be achieved on schedule and within budget.
The Software Engineering Division assists in the software design, development and improvement of the ATI suite of products.
The Software Engineering Division designed and developed the MAC² software. Providing assistance and support to ATI, our software engineers perform MAC² software development and upgrades and assist in the testing and verification of the system's environmental and operational capabilities.
