ATI's Test and Trials Facility has been a leading provider of comprehensive Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) for over 10 years. The Test and Trials Facility offers a range of services such as bit level testing of communications software to system hardware, and consultancies. The Facility also provides ATI with a valuable means of testing our own products and systems so our customers can be assured that all our products are fully verified and validated.
ATI's Test and Trials Facility develops and provides the test environment for ATI's Mobile Asset Command and Control (MAC²) Network and associated MAC² Mobile Units (MMUs) utilised by Defence and Emergency and Security Services.
Each unit is rigorously tested for software and hardware veracity and expected environmental and operational conditions.
As part of our ongoing commitment to customer service and satisfaction, through-life support and training is top on our priority list. The Test and Trials Facility develops and conducts comprehensive training courses for MAC² Network users. Additionally, ATI offers "Train the Trainer" courses which provide our customers with self-reliance.
In line with our customer focus and our commitment to providing a superior service, ATI provides helpdesk assistance. A Helpdesk Operator will provide support through a phone, fax and e-mail service 24 hours a day 7 days a week and will be the initial point of contact for assistance with ATI products. Out of hours telephone assistance will be immediately available whilst fax and e-mail assistance will be rendered on the next business day.
