In line with our customer focus and our commitment to providing a superior service, ATI provides helpdesk assistance. A Helpdesk Operator will provide support through a Phone, Fax and Email service 24 hours a day 7 days a week and will be the initial point of contact for assistance with ATI products. Out of hours telephone assistance will be immediately available whilst fax and e-mail assistance will be rendered on the next business day.
